Every Travilian home comes loaded with upgrades as standard features:  ceramic tile baths, 9′ ceilings – even on the second floor, 9′ basement ceilings, deluxe Craftsman or Cottage Style exteriors, upgraded trim, 3-tone paint, full overlay cabinets with solid plywood construction, etc.  The list goes on and on.



General Features

  • 200 amp electric service except where 400 amp is required

  • Sundecks (pressure treated structure and decking with white vinyl composite rails): $40 per sq. ft.

  • Screened porch: $60 per sq. ft.

  • Deck steps/per tread: $100 per step

  • Generator hook up (priced by requirement)

  • Tankless hot water heater:  $3,000

  • Ceiling fan with light kit wire and install/customer supplied: $400

  • Extra receptacle: $75 ea.

  • Recessed lights: $100 per can

  • Built-in Cabinets (priced by the job)

  • Patio: $20 per ft. (plain concrete)

  • Imprinted concrete: $36 per ft.

  • Asphalt drive way over allowance with gravel accounted for: $10 per sq. ft.

  • Stone on foundation: $14 per sq. ft. (Front foundation standard.)

  • Tray ceilings: $7 per sq. ft. room size.

  • Cathedral ceiling: $2000 approx. Price varies by size.

  • Angled Bay window: $3500

  • Basement plumbing ground works for future full bath: $2,500

  • Extra exterior hose bib: $300

  • Post lamp: $500 + $10-$20 per ft. for underground wire

  • Extra living area (added square footage): $80 per sq. ft.

  • Hip roof: priced by the job.

  • Walkout basement:  $3,000

  • Basement area way:  $5,000

Custom features will be accommodated at cost, plus installation , plus 25% for all other options not currently shown on this list.
